By completing your purchase — whether pay-in-full or via a payment plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Joline & Co. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

1. The Product

Joline AI — OBM in Your Pocket is a subscription-based AI advisory product designed to deliver on-demand operational strategy, structural guidance, and business architecture support to scaling founders. Access is provided digitally, via [platform/tool], upon confirmation of payment.

The Product is offered under two purchase options:

•        Pay-In-Full: Full payment made at the time of purchase, granting immediate and uninterrupted access for the agreed subscription period.

•        Payment Plan: A structured instalment arrangement where access is granted upon receipt of the first payment. Continued access is conditional on all subsequent payments being received on the agreed dates.

2. Purchase Options & Pricing

2.1 Pay-In-Full

The pay-in-full option is priced at [insert price] and grants access to the Product for [insert subscription period, e.g. 12 months / lifetime access]. No further payments are required after the initial purchase.

2.2 Payment Plan

3. Access & Delivery

4. Payment Plan Obligations & Default

•        All instalments are mandatory. Missing a payment does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of Joline AI — OBM in Your Pocket, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted — regardless of whether the Product has been actively used. This applies to both pay-in-full and payment plan purchases.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Product, please contact us at [insert support email] within [insert timeframe, e.g. 7 days] of the issue arising. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve genuine access failures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through or associated with Joline AI — OBM in Your Pocket — including but not limited to the methodology, frameworks, prompts, responses, training architecture, branding, and documentation — remains the sole intellectual property of Joline & Co.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own business purposes only. You may not:

•        Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your access to any third party

•        Reproduce or publish the methodology, frameworks, or responses for commercial use

•        Use the Product to build a competing service or product

•        Allow any other person to use your login credentials or access

7. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

Joline AI — OBM in Your Pocket provides operational strategy and structural guidance based on Joline Oosthuizen's proprietary methodology. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, or psychological advice.

Results will vary based on your individual business context, the level of engagement with the Product, and factors outside Joline & Co.'s control. No specific business outcome, revenue result, or operational transformation is guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joline & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data — arising from your use of or reliance on the Product, even if Joline & Co. has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in the [insert period, e.g. 12 months] preceding the claim.

9. Privacy & Electronic Communications

Joline & Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Product at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the Product after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
